Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jules Mitchell Speaks (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
For the purposes of data protection law, the data controller is Jules Mitchell Speaks. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at jules@mentalwealthrevolution.co.uk or on 07583 203444.
What information we collect
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and run this website:
- Contact form details: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Speaker enquiry details: your name, email address, organisation or event, preferred date, and what you tell us about your event.
- Quiz sign-up details: if you complete the “What’s Driving You?” self-check and ask for your results, your name and email address.
- Booking details: if you book a conversation, the information you give to our booking provider.
- Technical data collected automatically by our hosting and security systems, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics data, but only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss coaching, programmes, speaking, workshop or podcast bookings.
- To send you the results of the “What’s Driving You?” self-check, if you asked for them.
- To keep records of our correspondence and any agreed work.
- To protect, maintain and improve the website.
Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (when you submit a form, ask for your quiz results, or accept analytics cookies) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, and only as needed:
- WPMU DEV – website hosting and security, and the servers that send our form emails.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) – our customer relationship system. When you send us an enquiry, your details are recorded there so we have a history of our correspondence with you and can respond properly.
- Forminator – the form tool used for the “What’s Driving You?” self-check sign-up.
- Google Analytics – website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google / YouTube – where we embed videos; see our Cookie Policy.
- TidyCal – if you book a conversation with Jules through our booking link.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it securely. A copy of each enquiry is also held on this website and in our customer relationship system so that nothing you send us is lost. Analytics data is retained by Google for a limited period under the settings on our account.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, including by selecting Cookie settings in the footer to change your analytics choice. To exercise any of these, email jules@mentalwealthrevolution.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection and a managed, firewalled hosting platform.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
