2. The depth of being HERE
PRESENTISM, my living meditation: reconnecting with ourselves and the life we’re actually experiencing. Understanding our extraordinary human intelligence, practising SPIN and HEREing, and developing greater awareness, attunement and TRUST in ourselves.
3. The possibilities of conscious creation
Dreaming BIG, exploring our desires and asking, “Wouldn’t it be AMAZING if…?” Discovering how our attention, imagination and choices can help us bring more of what we’d LOVE to experience into our lives, right HERE. Because the way to THERE is through HERE.

Hello lovely! I’m Jules.
I’ve spent more than 25 years exploring the extraordinary experience of being human. From the age of eleven into my early thirties, anxiety and depression were a big part of my life, and that sparked a fascination that became my life’s work.
I’ve worked with thousands of people across the NHS, the Armed Forces, schools, businesses and communities. I’m a two-time TEDx speaker, an author, a Laughter Yoga Teacher Trainer, a Commonwealth Games Baton Bearer and a Guinness World Record holder. The BBC once called me “the happiest woman in the Midlands!”
These days I’m most passionate about the extraordinary experience of LIVING. The joy, the depth, the deliciousness and all those wonderful possibilities waiting to be explored. And I’d absolutely LOVE to explore them with you inside HOME.
