We only collect the information we need to respond to you and run this website:

  • Enquiry details you provide through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
  • Technical data collected automatically by our hosting and security systems, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Cookie data, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss speaking, workshop or podcast bookings.
  • To keep records of our correspondence and any agreed work.
  • To protect, maintain and improve the website.

Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business.

  • Google / YouTube – where we embed videos; see our Cookie Policy.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it securely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jules@mentalwealthrevolution.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
